I had the best food ever, with a wide variety and incredible desserts. There were also extra lunch options for the little ones. The hotel had great kids/family entertainment as well as adult events. There was always something going on, so I never got bored. The pool discos and water balloon fights were a hit with my children, who didn't want to leave the pool with the slides and warm water. I enjoyed the music evenings by the pool and the spectacular band at the dance White Party. The family chocolate beauty treatments at the Spa were a unique and enjoyable experience. The facilities were of a very high standard and kept clean. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

The location of the hotel was great, very close to the beach and with easy access to other key spots. The food was also quite nice, especially the traditional Christmas dishes. , the staff was very helpful, always willing to assist us with our concerns.
Despite the good things, we had a rather unpleasant stay at this hotel during Christmas. One of our main complaints is that we kept getting extra, unexpected fees which we had to pay.

With a variety of delicious food and a spa offering family-friendly treatments, this resort truly caters to all ages.

We spent our Xmas holidays in a cozy cabin surrounded by beautiful nature. the location was great as we had a parking spot right next to the cabin and we could easily access the playground and other activities. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor table and chairs that came with our cabin and the child-friendly atmosphere. the entertainment options were great, with something to do every day and night.
We had some payment issues and confusion about what was included in the price we had already paid. This led to some extra fees and an uncomfortable situation with the staff, who were not very helpful.
